Assurance of Satisfaction
Unless you have seen my work somewhere, I know purchasing photographs from a website is a distressing task. It is my goal to make your decision-making as comfortable as possible. I recognize and appreciate the confidence you are placing in the integrity of my work. I assure your satisfaction with both my product and service. I hope you will find that my craftsmanship/technical proficiency is the same level of excellence as my artistic expression and creativity. I value my customers and want to ensure that I gain their repeat business by providing them with images that are of the highest quality. Matted Prints
All images are double matted, titled and signed by the artist. All mat board is museum quality. Images are mounted on acid free foamcore. The outer mat is off-white (Photo White) with the same color inner mat. The inner mat has one-half inch cuff — that portion of the inner mat that is visible beneath the outer mat. The appropriate photographer’s notes (the comments that appear with each gallery image) will be included on the back of your print. This continues to be a work in progress.

When Will Your Order Be Shipped?
Please allow for an average delivery time of 1 to 3 weeks for normal shipping of in stock images. If there is a special situation, it would be best to contact me to discuss the availability of the image and how fast shipment can be made.
Shipping Procedure
- Your order will be shipped to you by using UPS or USPS
- Express delivery is available for an additional charge
- For international orders outside the continental U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska and Canada, APO, FPO, etc.) please contact me
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unusual event of a damaged or incorrect order please contact me within three days of receipt of the product. Remember, Vermont, is in the Eastern Time Zone. Place the product back into its original packing materials. I will then issue a call tag for the UPS to come and retrieve your damaged or incorrect package. In the meantime, your replacement will be shipped out as soon as possible.
